Ms. Kanchan Gupta and Ms. Priyanka Sharma participated in CBSE National Level – Teaching Aid Competition 2019 organised by CBSE

Teaching aids are important because they create a visual and interactive experience for the students. As the students become more engaged, they are more likely to understand the topic being taught. Teaching aids assist students in learning and hence are ardently used at CIS for enhanced learning of children. It was due to this regular practice that aided the two staff members of CIS, Ms. Kanchan Gupta, Assistant Academic Coordinator; Office of Academics and Ms. Priyanka Sharma, Counsellor, Office of School Counseling seize accolades in CBSE National Level – Teaching Aid Competition 2019 held at Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan’s Mehta Vidyalaya, New Delhi. These passionate faculty members of CIS presented their Teaching Aids in the competition among 155 finalists from the schools across India. They were selected as winners of the 2019 Regional Level CBSE Teachers’ Teaching Aids/Material Competition to showcase their efforts in the development and use of innovative teaching aids. CBSE organized this competition to provide an opportunity for teachers to share their creative and innovative approaches and ideas in teaching.
