SENIOR SECONDARY EDUCATION AT CIS
The academic framework of Senior Secondary Education is designed in alignment with the CBSE, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. This course is curated for individuals who have completed the 10th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognised board and aim to pursue education toward a Senior Secondary Certification. With a strong academic heritage, Chitkara emphasises exceptional academics and a robust spiritual foundation. Our goal is to deliver effective Senior Secondary Education, employing strong pedagogy techniques, hands-on learning opportunities, and offering access to state-of-the-art labs and campus facilities. Emphasis is placed on laying a strong foundation for all competitive examinations such as IIT-JEE/CLAT/SAT, ensuring our students are well-prepared for their future endeavours. Additionally, we emphasise establishing a crucial “University Connect” by providing students an opportunity for direct entry into Chitkara University after class 12, provided they meet the eligibility criteria set by the university, engaging in valuable programmes, courses with industry connections, international collaborations, and campus recruitment. Furthermore, students are actively involved in Business Conclaves, Industrial visits, Lab tutorials, Frolic Fridays (weekly activities), and Internships to provide them with on-site experience.
