Chefography “an escapade for the promising culinary masters”

To become a successful chef, one needs to have a fond love for not only the food but also hard work. Honing the culinary skills requires one to subject oneself to rigorous training, numerous tasks, and several competitions. It remains exceptionally crucial to approach the cooking process with an inimitable spontaneity. Therefore, with a noble aim to enable and empower the upcoming chefs of CIS to discover and exhibit their cooking abilities, the school is organising a Culinary Arts Competition – “Chitkara Chefography- an escapade for the promising culinary masters”. Besides providing an appropriate mechanism to enhance the students’ time-management skills, the said competition also strives to further enrich and disseminate culinary education among the students and inspire the enthusiasts to undertake professional training in the art and science of cooking & food preparation.
