Faculty Members of Chitkara International School “Futuristic Faculty of India”

Futuristic schools of India have to be spearheaded by forward-looking, fully empowered futuristic faculty members. Faculty Proficiency Assessment Test [FPAT] is thereby an initiative from the house of ReTHINK INDIA which intends to identify & celebrate the Futuristic Faculty Members across the nook and cranny of India. Chitkara International School nominated its nine of the faculty members, Ms. Alka Thapa- Academic Coordinator Junior Wing, Ms. Arushi Deo-Academic Coordinator-Senior Wing, Ms. Kiran- Hindi Coordinator, Ms. Dolma Pathela – Astt. English Coordinator, Ms Prabhjot Kaur-Astt. Academic Coordinator, Ms. Kanchan Gupta-Astt. Academic Coordinator, Ms. Shalini Somra- Academic Executive, Ms. Vidhi-Teacher and Ms. Bhawna Madaan-Teacher in the FPAT, as an ode to Teaching Fraternity of the school. The aforementioned educators took the test and each of them seized the award of “Futuristic Faculty of India” for their profound and pertinent role. The assessment was based on a questionnaire comprising of exhaustive 12 thematic areas. It included an understanding of the context of education including sensitivity to the locale, ability to comprehend and link educational delivery with contemporary global undercurrents, appreciation of the domain of creative thinking & its multi-faceted nuances. The assessment also touched upon essential elements of cyber safety for school going kids, identifying areas of innovation & ability to induce them in young minds, proficiency to delineate entrepreneurship & ability to nurture an entrepreneurial mindset etc. The entire deck of Chitkara educators performed exceptionally well in elaborating these areas and thus ushering their educational and innovative spirit through this permeating platform.
