CIS celebrated the success called, “Kashish”…. The Fencing superstar of Chitkara.
Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Chairperson, CIS honored Kashish, her family members and most important of all..her coaches. A special frame dedicated to her was presented to her family and got engraved on A walk through The Memory Lane (CIS Museum) forever.
Kashish’s achievements are endless….to list a few…
- At the age of 10 she received a silver medal in the #NationalChampionship.
- She is the first Indian girl who bagged 4 gold medals in a single #fencing tournament.
- She has represented India twice already at International Level Competitions.
- She secured 7th rank in #AsianJuniorandCadetFencingChampionship, 2015 held in Abu Dhabi.
- She secured 4th rank in #CommonwealthGames held at South Africa….
