Change the Game with Capt. Mohan Bir Singh, MD – Hot Millions

Sharing his experience and struggle in the hospitality industry, Captain Mohan Bir Singh, Managing Director – Hot Millions, was welcomed by the excited students of Chitkara International School on August 7, 2014. The occasion was, second ‘Change The Game’ session of our School Academia Industry Interface (2014-15). This forty five minutes session was conceptualized for the students of Grade 6-10 with a thought of exposing the students to the career prospects in fast food industry.
The session started with a short story by Capt. Singh on how Hot Millions was started by his father Col. A. B Singh in the early 70’s. He shared that Hot Millions was the brand which initiated the fast food culture in Chandigarh. He shared about the challenges he faced when he took over the reins of Hot Millions and thought of expanding the brand in different locations. The highs and lows of his experience in the industry, keeping on track with the ongoing competition kept the students engaged in his talk.
