The Bedrocks of a Positive Body Image ( Grade 5 to 8 )

With the aim of promoting the need and ways of developing a positive body image among young learners, Chitkara International School is organising a focused guidance session viz. “The Bedrocks of a Positive Body Image” for the endearing students of classes 5 to 8 on Monday, 23rd May 2022. Furthering the important cause of body positivity with marked fervour, the informative session will effectively help the students in understanding the factors that contribute to the formation of body image and also the ways in which one can improve this image.

The school thus invites all the students from the aforementioned classes to participate actively in the engaging session, as the same shall help them elevate their confidence and understanding of the crucial subject of body image tremendously!
