Allergy and Asthma ( Grades 7 & 8 )

Chitkara International School, Chandigarh plans to hold an informative session viz. “Allergy and Asthma” for the avid Chitkarians

Asthma is triggered by exposure to the same substances that triggers allergy symptoms. An allergy is when the immune system reacts to a harmless substance, such as pollen, bee venom etc. It affects the lungs and can lead to asthma symptoms such as wheezing and difficulty in breathing. In the light of the aforementioned, Chitkara International School, Chandigarh will be hosting an illuminating session viz. “Allergy and Asthma”. The said session aims at acquainting the students with the signs, symptoms, causes and treatment of Allergy and Asthma.
