The emblem illustrates the central idea of the Chitkara Group as articulated in the Chitkara way –

The emblem features arrows ascending towards the sky, symbolising enduring success. It also illustrates four interlinking sides of a square (both outer and inner), representing the key stakeholders—students, parents, faculty and staff, administration, industry, and the community—working together in harmony towards the common goal of “Everlasting Success for Every Chitkara Student.” The green colour of the emblem holds eternal significance, symbolising prosperity, self-respect, and well-being for each student.
