Admission Procedure

Main steps of Admission Process

Step 1: Inquiry: The parents/applicant can visit the school and meet the Admissions Team on any working day (Monday to Saturday) between 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Chandigarh Campus and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Panchkula Campus. Alternatively, inquiry can be done through online/telephonic/virtual meet mode.

Step 2: Admission Counselling and School Tour: Parents are appraised about all admission related information, Age Criteria, School Academics and Activities, Fee structure etc., followed by a school tour.

Step 3: Admission Form Issuance: The Admission Application Form is issued by the admissions office explaining the relevant information and documents required. Alternatively, Form can also be downloaded / filled online, from the school’s website www.chitkaraschool.in

Step 4: Admission Form Submission: Duly filled in and signed Admission Form is accepted by the admissions office along with Child/Parents photographs and all self-attested documents. At the time of form submission, a registration fee of INR 100 is accepted offline/online.

Step 5: Document Check: All documents/mark sheets attached with the admission form are thoroughly checked and verified by the admissions committee.

Step 6: Final Admission: Admission is finally granted after getting an approval from respective authorities, subject to the seat availability and on First come first served basis. For the entry class (Nursery) admissions at Chandigarh Campus, admission forms are issued and accepted as per the Common Admission Schedule and admission is granted through draw of lots.

Step 7: Student enrollment: After the admission, a student gets enrolled to the School Management System (SchoolPad) and login id and password is issued.

Step 8: Parent Orientation: A parent orientation session is conducted at the beginning of a new academic session.
